Daniel and I stopped by the house today so he could personally see the house in drywall. When we got there we immediately noticed some excavation in the front yard. We also saw our siding, but it was still in boxes. The sweetest thing was that our countertops are in. We can't wait to see the kitchen come together. I screamed GOURMET ISLAND when we walked in the garage.
Our PM called me today to say he went to the house and looked at the areas of concern. He's on it. He also confirmed painting should be started by the end of this week.
Lastly we got our appraisal. It's weird looking at it. I look at appraisals everyday at work, but looking at it and seeing our names on it, was weird. I loved how the picture on the first page was our elevation and color scheme. They just couldn't make it a side entry garage. Cool thing is that our square footage is actually 2850.
Tomorrow starts the countdown.
